· How long do you want to store data?
· Will you get technical support from the manufacturer or Surveillance Installation Company?
· What type of Operating System does the equipment use?
· Will you need cameras with Infrared Lighting (LEDS)?
· Do you need the ability to access your Surveillance System remotely?
· Is your System being built with quality parts (Intel, Seagate, and Kingston)?
· What type of warranty will you receive?
· Do you need the ability to pan, tilt, and zoom?
