When is the last time you talked to your customer?
Have you ever had work done at your home or office and you felt like they were taking the check and running out the door? Unfortunately many companies have the mentality of “find the customer, get paid, and hope they don’t ever call with any problems.” Why do companies seem to be afraid of talking to the customer after the project is completed? I can’t answer that question, because I believe that you need to talk to your customers, and find out the good and the bad.
Yes, it’s hard to talk to a customer when things don’t go well, but these situations allow you the chance to learn the most from your customers. They still may not be thrilled with your company, but at least they will respect the fact that you are taking the time to hear their issues. On the other hand, you also need to find out why customers chose your company, and what they liked about your service/product.
At PCSurveillance we stand behind every custom made Surveillance System, and have gone to extreme measures to make sure that the end user is satisfied. Unfortunately, I can’t call every PCSurveillance customer, but I am working on it! So call your customers back, check in with them, and see how you can help them. And if you are one of our customers, don’t be surprised to get a phone call from me!
